-PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN ABUSED, INCORRECTLY INSTALLED, MODIFIED, OR DAMAGED CANNOT BE RETURNED.

 

-INSTALLATION IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE END USER. EXTREME AXLE SALES, LLC DOES NOT ACCEPT ITEMS DAMAGED BY INSTALLATION ERROR. FURTHERMORE, SOME PRODUCTS REQUIRE WELDING AND/OR FABRICATION SKILLS AND SHOULD ONLY BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED FABRICATOR/MECHANIC.

 

-NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON STEEL PRODUCTS/PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED IN ANY WAY.

 

-NAME BRAND PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH EXTREME AXLE SALES, LLC (I.E. YUKON, ALLOY USA, DEDENBEAR, ETC.) CARRY ONLY THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY AND ARE NOT WARRANTEED BY EXTREME AXLE SALES, LLC WHATSOEVER.

 

-YOU MAY ONLY RETURN NEW, UNINSTALLED, OR UNUSED ITEM FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND (LESS SHIPPING AND 20% RESTOCKING FEE) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE SHIPPED DATE.

 

-FOR ALL RETURNS, YOU MUST 1st OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (R.A.) NUMBER BY CALLING 845-598-0545. THE R.A. NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.

 

-RETURN SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES FOR ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE PRE-PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. PLEASE INSURE YOUR RETURN; EXTREME AXLE SALES, LLC CANNOT/WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISDIRECTED RETURNS.

 

-THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNS. PLEASE INDICATE THE REASON FOR RETURN ON THE REVERSE OF THE INVOICE. IF YOU PAID FOR YOUR ORDER BY CREDIT CARD, A CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED (LESS 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES)
